what can i do to get out of my depression myself. I don’t have money to see a doctor or a therapist.

Go to a clinic or work out a payment plan with a Dr. You cannot cure depression on your own. You need therapy and meds.

Increase “B” vitamins. eat more good food, and less junk. Take a mineral supplement. try to get a little exercise. Find the brightest light you can, and stand near it early in the morning.
