How can you get better from depression without any professional help, and you have to do it by yourself. Help?

Think about it. if someone asked you for advice on depression, what would you tell them? just trust yourself. some time’s it’s not exactly a good idea, but don’t tell yourself lies. you can trust yourself more than anyone else in the world, you might not think it but the trust is in you somewhere. goood luck!(:
