I’ve found a few in Denver but I haven’t been able to find one in Colorado Springs.

I could only find one “treatment center” in the Springs. There mostly seem to be individual therapists who do or don’t work with other professionals. The treatment center is called “A Positive Change” on N. Circle, phone 719-578-9730.

There are a couple of therapists listed on the eating disorder foundation’s website:
