Question by lifeof: How do i tell my mum i have depression?
I think that i might have depression/bipolar disorder as, i am constantly manic or depressed. Occasionally, i may also have suicidal thoughts. However, i dont know how to tell my mum this, as she will automatically think im joking yet im not. Please help!!!

It’s important that you first seek medical advice in order to gain a proper diagnosis. Once you know for sure what you are dealing with,then by all means have a chat with her.
