Question by Cecilia: Having some problems and my mom won’t listen?
I’ve been hearing voices in my head that my friend says are my inner critic. They keep telling me i’m worthless and no one really cares about me. When I start hearing them I feel my throat close up and I can’t breathe and I start shaking. I was on the phone with my BF when this happened and I couldn’t say what was wrong. He knows about it and I told him by a poem later. But the thing is I tried to tell my mom a few days ago and she said it was because I was tired and had to go to school. It isn’t. I’m only 13 and my mom isn’t listening to a word I say! What can I do?

you should go to your school counselor that’s what they are there for and by law he/ she can not tell people what you two speak about he/she could advice your mother to really listen and maybe seek further treatment like counseling or even medication..
