All of these “Grow Taller” products start with the assumption that people have a poor diet.

While it is true that poor nutrition during the growing years can affect height, the solution to that is to eat properly. This confers a number of extra benefits that taking vitamin supplements do not. Even if you were going to supplement then any one-a-day multivitamin would do – and would be cheaper than these regimes. In practice, few people in the developed Western world have a diet sufficiently lacking in nutrition for it to affect their height.

Moreover, height is genetically-defined. No matter what you do, you can’t alter your genes. You cannot restart the growing process once it has stopped either.

There is no scientific evidence that Human Growth Hormone will increase height except in people with metabolic disorders (and the ingesting of specific amino-acids isn’t going to create HGH either)

It is true that most people stand badly. Standing properly can add half-an-inch to height. You don’t need to pay for a program for that.

To be honest, the website for this “program” is a dead giveaway that it is a scam. The site is high on promises and low on evidence. The reviews of the program tend to be posted by “affiliates” – people with a vested interest in selling the product – they are not independent reviews. Noticeably the site is quite clear that, if the product doesn’t work for you, it will be your fault for not doing it properly! That’s very convenient for them – any success is down to them, any failure is down to you.

Like everything, if it sounds to good to be true, then isn’t true.
