Can Ppl With Mental Disorders Sound Completely “normal” Online?

Question by Corey: Can ppl with mental disorders sound completely “normal” online?
I mean is it possible that when ppl who suffer from depression/anxiety/bipolar talk online to others that they can sound as if nothing is wrong? Is this why many ppl like this prefer online “friendships” and socializtion and don’t want face to face friends at all? Thanks
