My Best Guy Friend Has an Eating Disorder?

He told me yesterday that he was getting sent away to like rehab because his parents found out. He always exercises, he wrestles and the only think he ate yesterday was a jolly rancher. He has no self confidence. He is extremely cute, but he doesn’t believe anyone. I am super worried about him, he already tried to kill himself. And it seems he’s extremly depressed. His parents have been sending him to a counselor. I want to know if here is anything I can do to help him? He knows I am always there for him. But I feel like there is more I can do.
