…with a life sentence, and you get to pick which one dies based on their crimes and if they’re a match, would you do it?
For example, say you need a new liver, and the only way you can get it would be to kill a decrepit member of society who’s doing a life sentence for very serious crimes such as rape and murder, would you kill him to get it?
And assuming it’s legal to do so. You get to look at a list of potential donors in the prison and what they did and you get to decide who dies. Then they take them to a room and you execute them by whatever means the prison provides you, and they give you different options, and there’s a doctor standing by to extract the organ you need.
As long as you’ve decided they deserve to die, then you shouldn’t have a guilty conscious, right?

Josh : But he could have another 10 years before his execution… Some times people live longer when they’re sentenced to death rather than life, especially considering they did a crime worthy of death, which means the rest of the prison population might not like him. Look at what happened with Jeffrey Dahmer. If he were sentenced to death, he would have lived longer.

uh..it’s a cute hypothetical; and the exact reason why we have donor lists and qualifying systems; so that you CAN”T get an organ by killing someone to get it.
