Personally, I believe we should work to find a cure for depression and make improvements in the medications treating it. But I’d like to know your take.

i dont think it’s as black and white as this, but:

“In Australia, there were 2,101 deaths from suicide registered in 2005.”

“In 2005 there were over 39,000 deaths from cancer in Australia.”

so literally, cancer kills more.

of course we should work towards cures for both, and we are. i find depression harder to deal with tbh.
