Troubled Times For Russia’s “House Of Hope” (Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty) – A rehabilitation center near St. Petersburg offers the country’s only free recovery program modeled on the 12-step plan of Alcoholics Anonymous. But the House of Hope, sponsored partly by musician and opposition activist Yuri Shevchuk, has run into financial trouble, and its staff fear interference from the authorities.
