(Job Application) What Does This Mean?

Question by Hofry: (Job application) What does this mean?
I’m applying for a job at Macy’s and the application asked for my criminal history. I have a misdemeanor. It asked for “Subsequent rehabilitation”. What exactly does that mean?

The misdemeanor happened in 2006 (Criminal Mischief) and I was put on probation. The problem is, I didn’t comply with the terms of my probation and I just got off of it late last year. Will that severely hurt my chances of getting the job?
