Question by It’s difficult to be this sugoi: Is my eating disorder coming back again?
I’m a girl.
I’ve had anorexia nervosa earlier in my life but recovered, now after almost 2 years of recovery I’m kind of getting self conscious again.
This is my calorie intake since December, 10th to January, 1st.

You should speak with your doctor about this and show him/her these numbers. It is definitely a possibility that your eating disorder is coming back. And it would seem to me that you already know the answer to your question. Don’t make excuses, don’t let yourself fall too far. Go now, figure out what you need to do to fix it and do it. Always speak with your doctor if you fear for your own health and safety.

That’s way too little to be eating. You need to at least be eating 1200 calories a day to be healthy and nourished.
