I’m 5’8″ and I HATE My Weight, Help Me?

Question by Alice: I’m 5’8″ and I HATE my weight, help me?
I’m 5’8″ and weigh close to 150. Though I know that I’m not overweight I am not happy with my weight. I feel like an elephant and the feeling does not go away. I wouldn’t mind to lose around 10-15 lbs though the most I’ve ever lost through dieting in the past is 5 lbs because I got cravings (I admit that sometimes I just can’t resist eating unhealthy, but I want to resist!) The only exercise I really get is walking 14 kms a week to and from school. I have depression & anxiety so don’t give me that “you’re anorexic, get a counselor”. I ALREADY HAVE ONE. And I know for sure that I’d be happier if I lost a little…..

Do you have any dieting tips and things that worked for you? Any tips on avoiding certain ‘cravings’???
Im not much of an exercise person but you can give me ideas. HELP MEE?

You say depression like its not common in alot of anorexics.
I would know..
Anyways.
When you get hungry, drink a glass of water, often our bodies mistake thirst for hunger.
drink two glasses of water before each meal, it will keep you from overeating.
Everyone has cravings, its just a matter of controling them.
