Im going insane. i cant sleep anymore i cant think anymore i feel like im already dead. sometimes i cant feel anything and i cant even move. it takes alot for me to get up in the morning and go to school and work. me and my boyfriend have been looking for a way to get me to feel better for over half a year. ive had suicide attempts. and once i was in the hospital because of it. and i always get so close to killing myself. does anyone know how to cure derealization or depression?

Answer by Jimmy Rudiger Anti-depressants are always a good start. Combined with therapy, excercise, sunlight and as much social contact as possible. All the opposite of what depressed people tend to feel like doing.
