Thanks for taking the time to reach out for some help with the feelings of depression and possible suicide you have been going through. Whenever you are going through a difficult time, the best thing you can do is reach out to others; which is why calling a Hotline is such a great step to take. A good hotline to call is the Boys Town National Hotline (1-800-448-3000). Every day our crisis counselors speak with men and women of all ages who are experiencing feelings and symptoms of depression, self-harm, and suicidial thoughts/urges. Calling our Hotline is totally free. Our counselors will treat you with respect and courtesy. The pain you are feeling is real, we believe that. We want to help you get through these difficult times so you can get back on the path towards living a full life.
