The facility is not within walking distance.

From the White Plains train station, walk over to the Transportation Center (right next to the station) and a take a Bee-Line #60 or #62 bus to the facility (785 Mamaroneck Avenue)

The cost of the bus is $ 2.25 in coins or with a MetroCard.

Timetable for the #60/62 bus: http://transportation.westchestergov.com/images/stories/Schedules/rte_60_62_61_timetable.pdf

A cab will probably cost close to $ 10.
