I live in the state of New York. I was wondering If there are any free alcohol counseling session or meeting i could take my husband too. We are on a tight budget right now and can’t afford to pay for rehab or any sort of counseling.

You should find Alcoholics Anonymous in your Yellow Pages. They are free as far as I know, and you can get help there.
