A Life Transformed – One of Niroga’s yoga students, Rasham Nassar talks about how her life has been transformed upon taking her first Niroga Yoga class while in a 28 day detox facility. She explains how her yoga practice has strengthened her will to get sober. Rasham is now a certified yoga instructor. Rasham was introduced to yoga at the Summit Hospital Residential Rehab Center in 2009, where Niroga has been conducting yoga classes for years. She recently became a Certified Yoga Teacher, and is now a member of the Niroga Yoga Corps, prepared to serve others by bringing Yoga to those who need it most.
